Description
Monitor and provide first level support for all systems (UNIX, NT, iSeries, zSeries, and SAP). Handle all batch and backup processing in accordance with strict security standards. Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity rehearsals. Responsible for adhering to all facility, environmental and security processes within the Data Center.

Must be able to work 12hr swing-shift will more than likely be 2wks on days(6am-6pm) & 2wks on nights (6pm-6am).

Will also be required to work weekends & holidays.
Both are done on a rotational basis.


Experience/Skills
2-year Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of Personal Computers, knowledge of system scheduling software a plus.
Must be a strong communicator,customer service oriented,team player,have excellent problem solving skills,a sense of urgency and a good multi-tasker.
Individual needs to be proactive, forward thinking, and have desire to seek out opportunities for growth.

Other desired skills:
2-year Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
