Description
Title: Computer Operator to work in the Operations Department in clients Enterprise Infrastructure Services organization.

Location: Northern Phoenix, Arizona (close to Metrocenter Mall)

Start: Immediately

Duration: Through Dec, 2006

Shift: May be a swing shift (3:00 pm - 1:00 pm), or a graveyard (9:00 pm - 7:00 am.)

Required experience and skills:

Demonstrated experience in operating and monitoring distributed and mainframe systems and networks.
Technical understanding of distributed systems hardware and software.
Demonstrated knowledge and troubleshooting skills utilizing computer systems monitoring and diagnostic tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with MVS, ISPF, O/S 390, CMOS, Parallel SYSPLEX, JES2, CICS, DB2, VTAM, NT, UNIX, JCL, HPSD, MS Office Products, CA-Unicenter, CA-Dispatch, CNTL-M (event scheduler), Network protocols, PC/Server operation, Windows Server Operating System, Outlook 2000/XP, wireless technologies, VPN, Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Access), and Active Directory.
Ability to navigate within a number of monitoring and messaging systems, analytical and decision making skills, excellent phone and customer skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
