Please email all resumes to tom.nguyen@rht.com. Professional experience with AS/400 is preferred. Responsible for monitoring the iSeries Operations during their scheduled shift. Responsible for monitoring health and welfare of entire network. Provide reporting and escalation on issues within the environment. Will perform scheduled operational jobs with the iSeries computer equipment. Will perform special requests reports with the iSeries computer equipment . Track and resolve problem/request HEAT tickets from the business community. Manage downtime maintenance windows for iSeries processes. Create and maintain all configuration related documentation, if necessary.
