Position: Computer Operator

Location: Duluth MN
Days/Week: Monday - Sunday (24x7 environment)
Hours/Week: 24 hrs/week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Long term assignment (approx. 1 year)
Pay Rate: $14.00/hr
Work Description: Performs a variety of computer operation duties in a 24x7 environment to process financial, clinical, and patient account information. Must be able to perform tasks and respond to situations that are too complex to automate. Responsibilities include: running applications following schedule and documentation; printing of reports, forms, checks, etc.; adjusting equipment and providing support for system maintenance; ensuring security of the Data Center and information; preparing and maintaining operations documentation; monitoring systems for proper performance; and performing special tasks as assigned. Position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with coworkers and others. Position also requires a high level of flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment.

Equipment Utilized: Personal computers, printers, folder/sealer, data center equipmentdf-tc

Experience/Skills
We do not need a high level IS person for this position. This is more entry level, but we do need someone with education in this area or someone who has 1 year of work experience as a computer operator.
