Description
We are seeking an experienced Computer Support Analyst contractor. Job Description: Responsible for the configuration of software, hardware, peripheral (PDA's, printers, projectors) and network connectivity for internal desktop systems, laptops and workstations, in a Windows 2000 Professional, Office 2000 environment. Some basic printer trouble shooting experience required. Daily activities will include identification and resolution of a wide range of simple to complex hardware and software related issues while working within the requirements of a Service Level Agreement, and updating documentation to reflect work performed. Hardware duties will include troubleshooting, configuration, installation, relocation, upgrade, and testing of systems and peripheral components. Software duties will include configuration, troubleshooting, installation, brief user training, and testing. Other duties may include detailed documentation of diary entries, labor support for other systems and operations functional organizations, etc. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in related fields. Education: Minimum of AA degree and/or Technical Certification. ***Required: Candidate must have passed certified Drug Test and Background Check prior to start date. ***Required: Candidate must be U.S. Citizen
