Computer Technician, Desktop Support - A , Printer Technician

If you are a Computer Repair/Desktop Support Technician, please read on!

We are a global services company. Due to growth we are looking for an Computer Repair/Desktop support Technician to work in our facility.

What you will be doing!

- PC Desktop support and repair work on a variety of systems and models
- Printer repair
- Install troubleshoot HP Printers
- Help to train other technicians
- Driver Installation, putting printers on a network, and firmware upgrades

What you need to have!

- 4 to 6 years PC experience
- 5 years as Laser Printer Field Service Technician
- A Required (5 years)
- Familiar with MS Office Suite, MS XP OS, Outlook 2003 configuration
- 5 years of experience in customer service, field or equivalent technician, HP desktop or notebook, and PC/notebook/printer maintenance & repair
- Manufacturers' Support Certifications as needed (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple etc.)
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows NT networking, Microsoft XP OS, and Windows 2003 server
- HP certifications or equivalent work experience
