Description
Computer Support Technician II(s). The Contractor shall provide Computer Support Technician II(s) who will be responsible for delivering and installing computers, and troubleshooting and resolving users computer related problems. The Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have the following qualifications:(1) The Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have a minimum of four (4) years experience defining and solving user problems, both hardware and software related.(2) The Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience using the WordPerfect Professional Suite or Microsoft Office Suite applications.(3) At least two (2) Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have the ability to trouble shoot problems with customized applications interfacing with the Compaq/DEC computer environment.(4) At least one (1) Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have a minimum of one (1) year experience trouble shooting problems on a Windows 2000 desktop.(5) At least three (3) Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience trouble shooting problems on a Windows NT desktop.(6) At least two (2) Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience trouble shooting problems on a Windows 95 desktop.(7) The Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience performing IBM compatible PC hardware maintenance, including hard drive and board replacements.(8) The Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have a minimum of four (4) years experience in the support and use of IBM compatible PC software.(9) At least four (4) Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have a minimum of one (1) year in the installation, configuration and support of Windows NT or 2000 desktops including the installation of nonstandard software applications and drivers.(10) All Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have experience in providing end-user support for all peripherals, i.e., laser printers, inkjet printers, scanners, and external tape/zip drives and modems.(11) At least two (2) Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have a minimum of one (1) year experience in providing Lotus Domino email support to users.(12) All Computer Support Technician II(s) shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English well, and be able to interface with all users in a professional manner.(13) All Computer Support Technician II(s) shall have excellent telephone skills.(14) The Computer Support Technician II(s) shall be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and have the ability to deliver equipment to and from the users work area.Please send resume to Bridget Neale - EOE/M/F/D/V Apply directly at: ?jobref=933863&referer=gaddf-tc
