In this position, you'll have the opportunity to:

Diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all PC hardware and equipment, in a primarily Microsoft Windows-based environment to ensure optimal Workstation performance
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems
Assess the need for and implement resolution for CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, hard disks, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, memory chips and CD-ROMs

The position includes the following qualifications:

Excellent technical knowledge of desktop hardware and software
Excellent technical knowledge of PC internal components
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
A+ Certification not required but a plus
Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories
Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language

The night shift is from 4:30 PM - 3 AM. This is a Monday - Friday opportunity. However, Saturday work is mandated for the foreseeable future. Overtime is required. The Pay is $12.30/hr. Apply today.
