Description
Perform configuration management functions for the Weapon System Engineering and Test (WSEIT) component of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Program. Functions includes Change Control Board preparation, co-chair the CCB meeting, distribution of minutes, and action item follow-up; maintain WSEIT specification tree; report Program Change Control Board action items; attend PCCB and perform post-PCCB functions; support the Subcontract Management Team; and, provide ad hoc support to other program components and Program level activities as necessary.

Some travel may be required.

General Position Description
Participates in the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for systems and/or equipment in accordance with contractual requirements. Establishes procedures for and implements the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.

Typical Minimum Education
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
