Configuration Management/Data Management Lead - Senior System Engineer - TS/SCI FSP

We are looking for a Senior SE/SI with a very strong Configuration Management/Data management background who has experience supporting major DoD contracts.

We are looking for a candidate who supports the Customer to achieve their Program Deliveries. You will function as the Customer's trusted agent; you shall be vendor and product agnostic - not influenced by who makes or sells what; the right person for this position is influenced exclusively by what's best for the Customer.

What you need for this position:

- TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
- At least 3 years of experience in technical program, SE/SI and CM/DM support to ACAT I or other major DoD programs
- At least 5 years of experience with CM/DM requirements analysis/generation and CM/DM systems development.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and utilizing CM/DM complex systems
- Demonstrated extensive experience with CM/DM in support of the integration of Major Defense Programs.
- Proficient use CM/DM tools (ie, Clear Case and Clear Quest) to track changes to the Program baseline and to help manage and resolve System manufacturing, assembly and integration configuration issues.
- Knowledgeable of Agency standards and practices in key areas such as Systems Engineering, Quality Assurance, Transportation, Integration, Logistics Support and Logistics Fielding Requirements.
- Knowledgeable of commercial computing systems, design builds and spares requirements

What you'll be doing:

- Your primary responsibility is to provide the Customer Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) support. This support requires:
Proficient use CM/DM tools (ie, Clear Case and Clear Quest) to track changes to the Program baseline and to help manage and resolve System manufacturing, assembly and integration configuration issues.
- Coordinating and controlling the agendas for the regularly scheduled Program meetings (eg, PCCBs and Program Engineering Review Boards (PERBs) and internal Customer or Program meetings - eg, Engineering Review Boards (ERBs) and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
- Recording and distributing the minutes and actions from these meetings, organizing and tracking Action Item status (at a minimum - the action, due date, POC, status, and closure criteria) and closure of all actions from these meetings.
- Assisting the Customer in managing the drafting, review, approval, and flow of Customer and Program documents
- You will perform a variety of engineering tasks, either independently, or under supervision, which are broad in nature and are concerned with CM/DM design, implementation and integration, including hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment Configuration Management
