Description
IAP Worldwide Services Inc., (IAPWWS) applies world class best practices to provide total mission support, Base Operations & Maintenance Services, and Contingency, Logistical and Technical Support for nationally vital U.S. Government, and Military installations and programs both domestic and international.

We are currently seeking a full time Construction Engineer for our on going project in Baghdad - IRAQ

Applicant must be able to Plan, design civil engineering projects, such as airports, bridges, buildings, channels, irrigation systems, pipelines, roads, sewage systems, tunnels, and water supply. Position is in Iraq.

DUTIES:
1. Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other data to plan and design projects.
2. Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering, and advanced mathematics.
3. Prepares or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, and designs for project.
4. Inspects construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and construction and safety standards.
5. May direct construction and maintenance activities at project site.
6. May use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.

Education:

Bachelor degree with major in Engineering.

A TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Six years of professional-level engineering on construction project(s).
with international or mid-east experience, as well as AUTOCAD.
Certified PE is desirable
