We are currently seeking Consultants / System Analysts to be a part of our rapidly growing consulting team. This position provides guidance in analyzing and automating client sales compensation plans and processes using sales compensation software applications. This position will work within a team atmosphere reporting to the team project manager.


Responsibilities:
Work with incentive compensation software products to identify and assist in the development of customer-specific rules to automate the process of variable compensation for sales force members and related positions.
Participate in all phases of the system development life cycle to include requirement gathering, design, application configuration, and system testing.
Provide recommendations for process improvements.
Document and present customer requirements and proposed design solutions.
Work as member of implementation team to provide advanced expertise of sales force automation and incentive compensation software technologies.

Understand all team member roles and provide synergy through effective oral and written communication along with assistance and support as needed.
Participate in all phases of the system development life cycle.
Participate in the pre-sales process by supporting sales and marketing with proposals and providing demonstrations of our product to prospective clients.
Participate in client meetings to gather and document information about current sales organizations and variable compensation practices.

Analyze and review customer sales structures and those processes and policies related to applying sales credits and calculating payments


Job Requirements

B.S. in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experience.
Experience with systems implementation
Strong interpersonal skills and experience building client relationships.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to TRAVEL 100%
Possess working knowledge of MS Access and SQL

Job Skills and Experience desired but not required
Experience with tier one compensation software products -- Callidus TrueComp, Motiva, Centive, Synygy, Xactly, Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) module, or Siebel Incentive Compensation (ICM) module, Varicent, Business Objects ICM .
MBA or MS preferred.
Experience in financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, or telecom industries.
