Description
The candidate will be required to develop user surveys, conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews, develop and maintain a dynamic database to store, manage, and manipulate client and user provided data, perform ROI and sensitivity analysis, document findings, and brief results and recommendations to the client.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical: Professional experience in the areas of financial management; financial and economic analysis, cost benefit analysis; business case analysis, and general data collection and management. Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Access. Financial and economic analysis background should include net present value, return on investment, and the ability to manage/analyze large amounts of data. Business case analysis experience should include the ability to understand the subject investment in order to interact with users to gather productivity improvement and cost savings data.

Functional: Strong written and verbal skills to document and brief results and recommendations
Industry Experience: DoD/Army
Years of Experience: 3-5

PREFERRED SKILLS
Technical: DoD 5000 acquisition policies and procedures; knowledge of FAR

Functional: Good organizational and prioritization skills; business writing; interviews/surveys
