Description

Engagement Manager Financial Services
Oversee all consulting and analytics work for a large enterprise customer in the Financial Services practice.

This includes:
-Own all post-sales analytics/consulting services delivery and participate in select pre-sales opportunities for enterprise Financial Services customers
-Maintaining and developing new relationships with prospect and client executives through delivery and engagement life cycle; provide thought leadership to drive business improvement
-Coaching, mentoring and developing staff ranging from consultants to managers
-Develop new service offerings, market and deliver based on client needs
-Partnering with marketing to develop sales collateral, white papers, benchmarking studies, etc.

Seeking Individuals with:
-Minimum 7-10 years experience; Bachelor's Degree Minimum; MBA preferred
-Excellent presentation, writing and interpersonal skills
-Significant expertise in the Financial Services Industry, preferably Banking, and the key challenges faced
-Ability to structure and plan large projects/programs around Process improvement life cycle
-Strong problem identification and analytical skills;
-Exceptional critical thinking skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information
-Ability to manage multiple simultaneous complex deployments
-Proven track record of leading teams and motivating others to perform; ability to recruit, manage and grow people
-Significant experience in contact center or customer experience fields
Responsibilities
-Executive level management and execution of enterprise client accounts, work streams & engagements in accordance with signed SOWs and established methodologies/routines, including:
-Own and grow senior client executives at Enterprise Account
-Deliverable review and coaching, shaping of work from executive strategy to team on the ground execution
-New Solution opportunities scoping and definition
-Analysis of current industry conditions, practices and trends and identify emerging risks/opportunities
-Communication of value delivery to client executives & management, internal management
-Lead and manage effective teams including individuals from different disciplines
-Develop new conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches
-Maintain an ongoing awareness of key risk issues and developments of new products and services
-Practice development, including recruiting, training, thought leadership and community building
