Description
We are in need of 3 Contract Recruiters for one of our top clients in the Internet Banking industry. The successful candidate will have contract and corporate recruiting experience in all areas of the business from IT to Finance to Project and Product Management, Sales/Marketing, etc. Prefer 3-5 years of experience. Initial contract length is targeted to be 4 months, but there is the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

2 of the positions require EXTENSIVE corporate side IT recruiting. These 2 recruiters will be dedicated to the IT openings in the corporate office.

1 Recruiter to focus on all other - This person will recruit for skill sets across the board, with the exception of IT. This may include the following areas: Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Project Management, Product Management, Sales, Internal Audit, Administration, etc. The types of positions will include both non-exempt and exempt level positions from administrative assistants all the way up to Manager / Director level in these areas.

For both positions, I need recruiters who can handle the full lifecycle recruiting. They will take the position from it's approved opening all the way through to closing the candidate and making the offer. Targeted hourly rate is dependent on experience with medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, 401K, benefits available!
