We need to add a recruiter ASAP with good functional recruiting experience (having tech exp is a great plus). Our Business Operations group is growing and we are hiring project controllers, accountants, and contracts managers - we have over 60 openings. This person needs to be local to the DC Area.


Job duties:

Will recruit for various IT and financial positions (not high level, but JAVA developers, financial analysts, etc.).

Requirements:
-IT & Finance recruiting experience
-Good sourcing ability
-3 to 4 years overall recruiting experience, can be agency or in-house
-Must be self-motivated

Desired skills/experience:
-Any type of healthcare industry recruiting experience (not recruiting healthcare workers, but recruiting IT and Finance professionals for the healthcare industry).
