JOB Description:
Contract Recruiter is responsible for coordinating and performing recruiting duties (sourcing candidates) for the US within Clients Database system. This will be a 6 month on-site contract position.



Job Responsibilities:
-Managing the recruiting activities for all of TPS.
-The candidate will have knowledge of developing job specifications leading to successful recruiting, and developing expertise in candidate sourcing strategy (be familiar with and develop new sourcing options).
-The position will require experience in effectively recruiting top talent and must exhibit a strong network to exploit this talent.
-The position must be creative and flexible in generating leads for the open positions.
-The candidate will have knowledge of interviewing & selecting top candidates and coaching others (ex. line management) to make sound selection and hiring decisions throughout the recruiting process.
-Understanding of the recruiting and staffing strategy for the positions within their responsibility. Work closely with HR and various line management members to develop a deep understanding of the recruiting strategy.
-The recruiter is expected to quickly gain knowledge of all policies and procedures related to the above mentioned processes.
-Knowledgeable in all sourcing processes and systems such as campus recruiting, job fairs, professional recruiting, and executive searches for top talent.
-Knowledgeable in current candidate flow. This will include candidate interview day, facilitation of review/evaluation sessions, employment offers, follow-up with candidates, answering questions and closing the deal.

Requirements:
3 years experience as a Recruiter (preferably in Engineering or a technical area) is required.
Experience managing several jobs at one time.
Excellent computer skills
Experience in recruiting compliance and data base managementdf-tc
