Interactive Marketing Project ManagerESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESThe Interactive Project Manager contractor will posses a proven record of detailed project management experience in interactive marketing. This position will:• Manage medium to large sized projects and keep them on schedule using MS Project.• Develop project plans and timelines and drive the project teams to meet the agreed upon deadlines. • Work with teams to define project management processes within the overall Marketing framework. • Communicate regular status updates to key stakeholders and project teams. • Act as a liaison between all appropriate Interactive Marketing team members.• Ensure efficient trafficking of all deliverables through appropriate channels. • Leads regular team meetings to manage schedule.• Proactively and effectively manages all key project documentation. • Leads change management documentation, communication and resolution.• Coordinates, manages and documents external and internal meetings with business partners and vendors. • Work with internal Interactive Marketing teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of project; including successful completion of QA and post launch activities. REQUIRED SKILLS• Mandatory: Microsoft Project expertise.• High degree of competence is required with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Well versed in the basics (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning). • Understanding of information architecture, design and content processes. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; grace under pressure. • At least three years experience of managing interactive marketing projects at all levels, including complete web site builds, custom application development, brand elements, email and banner campaigns. • Experience in creating and/or optimizing new project management systems and processes within organizations.• Bachelor’s Degree required.
