DESCRIPTION
The Contractor will provide and assist with analysis of all the parts that makes up a bill and how the incoming transactions are applied and ultimately assigned. In order to assist and expedite the analysis and recovery effort, experience with Cobol, JCL or SQL queries (also possibly using Mainframe programming languages) is critical as customized financial tools and reports will be needed to identify potential problems and minimize manual effort.
