Description
Robert Half IT Search has been engaged by a well-established and growing client that needs a Conversion Team Lead. The ideal candidate will:
  • Manage and complete full life cycle of conversions from various systems to a single SQL-based system.
  • Supervise a team of on-site and remote conversion engineers that convert clients from other 3rd party accounting solutions to our SQL environment.
  • Communicate with management, clients, and other stakeholders on status of all conversions, with detailed balance results.

    Experience/Skills
  • 7+ years working with RDBMS such as SQL, Oracle, DB2.
  • 3+ years performing data conversions
  • Computer Science Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with SQL Server SSIS preferred.
  • Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices preferred.
