Description
Our client requires a highly motivated individual with strong CoolGen (AKA Advantage:Gen, CA:Gen) programming skills. The candidate
will need to translate low to high complexity business requirements to program specs and write technical design documents. He or she will be responsible for application development and maintenance including specifications, coding and testing on programs of moderate to high complexity. A strong testing background including writing detailed test plans is required.

Management Skills:
Requires strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, and analysis skills with the ability to mentor more junior developers. Looking for 6+ years of experience in all phases of application programming development. Requires light supervision, with the ability to keep assignments focused on specific objectives without constant supervision.
