Description
This position will report to the Corporate Vice President, Marketing and work closely with our division teams, product development, finance and other disciplines to ensure that strategic objectives and growth targets are achieved. Responsibilities will focus on marketing our video, data and voice products and will include directing go-to-market activities, applying market trends as well as competitive trends and insights to future marketing plans. This position develops, monitors and modifies strategic marketing programs in support of product objectives including branding, positioning, acquisition, retention, revenue enhancement, customer communications/education, advertising, direct marketing and promotions. DUTIES AND PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• Work closely with all divisions to integrate and share product marketing plans, pricing strategies, marcom, and offer visibility/consistency.• Work closely with our advertising agency to leverage messaging and advertising related to product marketing and new product introductions across the enterprise.• Coordinate plans across company to provide efficiency and effectiveness of customer touches.• Share industry & competitive and growth strategies/practices to enhance competitive strategy and capabilities.• Ensuring timely and accurate implementation of marketing tactics, and managing the results of all multi-cultural campaigns to drive bottom-line business goals of subscriber acquisition, growth and RGU’s.• Maintain fiscal responsibility of the marketing budget.• Coordinating activities to ensure that all products (digital, high speed Internet and voice) are integrated into a marketing plan that delivers maximum sales at an efficient cost with a positive customer experience.df-tc

Experience/Skills
• Project Mgmt experience• Consumer Marketing experience with subscription based servicesExperience with multiple areas of marketing including direct response, creative development, marketing plan development, media buys.• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong organization, facilitation, and presentation skills.• Proven leadership and/or team building skills are absolutely necessary.• Strong strategic vision and thinking. Able to think out of the box while considering practical ramifications of actions.• Highly motivated, self-starter with a high-integrity work ethic that can produce with minimal supervision.• Ability to make decisions and manage projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Analytic skills mandatory.• Proficient with MS Office software• 10 or more years of experience in area of work or with 5 or more years managerial experience or equivalency.• Has in-depth functional expertise and broad business knowledge• 8-10 years relevant marketing experience• 4-year college degree, preferred in the field of Marketing. MBA a plus.• Applies expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives.• Develops relationships with key internal/external customers to identify emerging needs.• Anticipates business issues to align operational priorities.• Manages resources to ensure financial objectives are met within own area.• Resolves complex problems that have implications beyond own area.• Develops operational plans to align with business objectives within own area/function.• Influences customer and/or organizational leadership to accomplish operational objectives.• Manages the performance of employees through goal setting, ongoing assessment and coaching.
