Acxiom Corporation, the global leader in data services, has an immediate need for a corporate IT recruiter with strong information technology recruiting experience to join our Central Arkansas team (Conway or Little Rock).

Job Role:
You will join a cohesive team dedicated to identifying and courting top IT talent (database administrators, database developers, testers, ETL developers, software developers) for Acxiom. This opportunity involves all stages of the recruiting process ? defining requirements with hiring managers, effective candidate sourcing, negotiating with and closing candidates. Recruiters maintain and track candidate activity using an applicant tracking system.

We are seeking a technical recruiter with at least 5 years of IT recruiting experience in either agency or corporate recruiting environments.

Required skills:
? Experience recruiting top IT talent ? specifically database administrators, software developers, database developers, ETL developers, testers
? Experience developing relationships with hiring managers and understanding and articulating resource requirements and company culture to prospects
? Experience developing candidate pipelines for difficult to fill IT positions
? Experience successfully managing full recruiting cycle
? Experience working with MS Office
? Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
? Ability to problem solve and work on a deadline

Nice to have skills:
? Bachelor?s Degree
? Behavioral Interviewing experience
? Experience working with applicant tracking systems
