Creative Web Designer

About the position:

The Creative Web Designer is responsible for collaborating with both clients and internal development team in developing and promoting an industry leading visual design. This individual will work closely with information architects, content editors, developers, usability experts and analysts in designing Web Pages and graphical elements.

• Work under the direction of Senior Creative Designer.
• Develop and promote leading visual designs for client websites.
• Develop and edit wire frames, mockups, visual designs, and images.
• Work closely with information architects, content editors, and Front End developers, usability experts and analysts.
• Work closely with end client to establish requirements.
• Support multiple enterprise Websites and other online initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated visual design experience (must provide examples).
• Demonstrated advanced use of design tools Adobe CS3 to include Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks and Illustrator, In-Design.
• Understanding of HTML, DHTML, CSS
• Demonstrated experience in designing creative Web Pages Websites
• Proven ability working in fast paced Matrix environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical deliverables.
• Ability to maintain strong rapport with teammates and clients

Education:

• BA/BS in marketing, Communication Art, Graphic Design or Multimedia/Visual Communications or Computer Science.
