Overview:
The primary responsibilities of the position include: Identification of opportunities and commercialization of new product sales. Forecasting and achieving targets for sales, margins and volume; providing both polymer system and business solutions to customers by effectively networking technical, product management manufacturing and sales resources. The individual selected for this position must have a strong business acumen, technical grasp and capable of building relationships founded on reliability, trust and strong communications. Above all this individual must be results oriented and have a proven track record for getting the job done in developing growth. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales, Custom Products Engineered Films.

Job will require significant travel. Location is flexible.

Job Responsibilities:
-Aggressively identify opportunities to commercialize new products developed recently, which are targeted for a variety of markets including the commercial building and medical segments.
- Formulate and execute sales plans and strategies by account and achieve profitability targets.
- Coordinate the necessary resources to achieve the plan. Responsible for coordination of all account activities as it relates to new products. - Champion
- Penetrate the customer base and grow sales by influencing the end users. - Work with Specifiers
- Develop and grow an understanding and knowledge of the marketplace that leads to increased
- Create and maintain methods, practices and recommend products/services, which continuously improve the Business' capability to serve customers and grow the business profitably.
-Coordinate with key business partners to formulate and implement pricing strategy and tactics based upon competitive, market and manufacturing/delivery costing information.
- Update divisional management on a regular basis on performance vs plan.

Skills/Qualifications (Including Education):
- Experience with Specifiers/OEMs a plus.
- Applicable industry knowledge and experience in commercial building and medical market segments desirable.
- Strong selling skills and growth orientation supported by 5 year proven track record.
- A relationship builder, networks effectively to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including negotiation skills.
- Positive outlook, a team player .
- Broad knowledge of Calendered PVC Films is a plus.
- Technical or Business University degree preferred.
- Must have valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
-Computer skills: Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
