Immediate interviews for strong call center/customer service candidates with healthcare experience.

Job Description: Taking between 50-70 inbound calls per day regarding health insurance and Cobra questions. Documenting call information into database. Follow up with customers and research of Cobra information. Call center hours: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hour shift) This is a 6 month contract position. Outstanding customer service skills are required. Healthcare is strongly desired, but not necessary.
