Description
Stable, growing manufacturing has an immediate need for a Customer Service/Call Center Representative and offers good benefits and a rewarding work environment. Will be handling up to 100 incoming calls daily for both English and Spanish speaking customers via phone, fax, and mail, assisting customers with product information, up-selling client calls, assisting manager in preparing training material, assessing and editing new phone scripts, and assessing and editing weekly sales scripts.
