Description
Perform scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance including installations, breakdown/removals, and upgrades in hardware, firmware and software. Responsible for asset management of assigned parts inventory, tools, and company vehicle. Inform Sales/Service Customer Account Team members of potential customer problems and/or revenue potential. Accountable for learning/implementing product training, technical skills and administrative skills as they relate to assigned products and tasks. Low volume office group copier repair experience a plus. Must be willing to perform all expected copy machine support functions, retrofits, PM activities & repairs. Must be willing & able to support customer issues/problems to resolution. Understanding of basic electricity and knowledge of computers. Mechanical skills including measurement and working knowledge of tool use.df-tc

Experience/Skills
call for details, Must have passed the CSE electronic and electromechanical test battery. Strong PC skills, window and web navigation. Ability to read, understand, and perform technical tasks from text or schematics.
