Excellent opportunity to work from home! This travel agency specializes in cruise vacation packages and is in need for a professional and experienced customer service agent. The hours are Monday - Friday with either an 9am - 6pm shift or 11am - 8pm shift. Some weekend hours will be expected. Candidates must be highly proficient on computer databases and have the ability to work at an exceptionally fast pace. This is not a sales position. Agents will be taking inbound calls and assisting with questions, ticketing information, reservations, payments, etc. Requirements include having cable internet accessible from home.
