This City of Austin Department offers residents and visitors one easy to remember number to contact The City of Austin. The call center is open 24/7, 365 days per year including holidays to provide information on City programs and events and enter service request for a variety of issues ranging from loose dogs to traffic signal malfunctions. Customer service is the number one goal for this City of Austin department.
Minimum Requirements:
-Spanish speakers HIGHLY encouraged to apply!!!
-18 years or older
-Must be able to provide high school diploma or GED certificate
-Type minimum 35 WPM and have strong Microsoft and Internet navigation skills
-2 year customer service experience with at least 1 year call center experience
-No more than 3 jobs in 2 years
-Flexible Schedule
-Call center is open 24/7, 365 days per year (Training is a set schedule and then you will be given a set schedule after training)
-No misdemeanor or felonies
-Exceptional customer service skills and a love for helping people
