Description
CSRs are required to complete daily desktop support for NMCI customers. Duties include, but are not limited to, desktop and laptop computers, software, printers, and connectivity. Demonstration of excellent customer service skills and teamwork are necessary. Secret Clearance Required.

CSR will be required to provide an elevated level of support and will be responsible for ensuring that best practices are maintained. CSR will be given detailed instruction on policies and procedures regarding the support requirements for this position.
