Avery Partners of Atlanta, Georgia is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for one of our top clients.

Potential candidates will work from home and be first point of contact in assisting customers via telephone with questions or issues regarding their product. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Call Center Representatives are responsible for providing highly professional, courteous, and caring customer service.

Qualifications
In addition to STRONG communication skills, the CSR s must have:

Home computer system with Internet capabilities

Superior customer service attentiveness

Data entry and problem solving skills

Basic computer skills

Strong work ethic

Satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening. High-speed Internet service (Min svcs required)

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Starting Rate of Pay: $10.00/hour

Location: Augusta, Georgia or surrounding areas

Hours: Flexible shifts available

Job Description: Handle customer questions and complaints with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution. Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer s business.

Basic Qualifications: -HS Diploma/GED or equivalent

-At least 18 years of age

-Proven success in call center/customer service role

-Authorized to work in the US

Training: 1 week company-paid training
