Description
Our client is a globally renowned company seeking support analysts to provide customer support during graveyard hours, 10 hour shifts four days a week.

Support analysts will process tickets coming through Product Studio. SA will respond to email requests and process the ticket requests within defined SLA timeline. SA will be responsible for analysis, followed by resolution or escalation to Tier-3 support.

Day-to-day:
  • Review current work queue and process requests in a timely fashion
  • Review shared email inbox and respond to emails in a timely fashion
  • Escalate to Tier-3 support as needed

Experience/Skills
  • Must have basic computer troubleshooting experience
  • Basic SQL knowledge required
  • Must be familiar with a command shell interface (DOS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication required with the ability to express technical issues with a non-technical audience
  • Must have a strong attention to detail as work includes working in both a non-production and production environment that impacts 5.5+ million users
  • Must be able to process requests in a timely fashion
  • Basic understanding of batch files a plus
