Medical Device company in need of strong Customer Service Representative in San Jose. In this position you will be responsible to handle 60 - 100+ calls on a daily basis, place service orders, make outbound calls to the client if more information is needed before moving forward, and update information in the system as need be. In order to be successful at this client, you will need to have strong organization, prioritizing, and investigation skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.
