Description
The Customer Technical Support Analyst II is responsible for second level support for the CTS I team and for providing technical support to external customers for United customer systems such as Order Entry(WebSCORE), Unilink, Interlink, Ussco.com, Azerty.com, LagasseSweet.com, EDI, eLink and eDoc(manifests). This position will be responsible for developing support standards and technical documentation for existing systems and new systems or processes that CTS will support in the future. The CTS Analyst II is also responsible for identifying customer issues/questions and involving teams from the business, facility or IT teams within United to resolve the issue or answer the question.

Specific Responsibilities include:

Main contact point for all ''Customer Enablements'' which is the process of establishing or upgrading EOE processing with a dealer and/or 3PV developer.

Act as a liaison between dealers, 3PV's and United IT teams(Order Entry, EDI, ITS, etc) to facilitate information flow.

Provide first level support for all EDI and Connect Enterprise mailbox issues.

Provide input on new program development and system functionality options.

Work with the various IT development teams to test new system enhancements or production fixes.

Create/Maintain CTS technical documentation.

Specific Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Science required, Masters preferred

3 - 5 years of experience as a Technical Call Center representative

Experience in use and support of Order Entry and EDI applications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

2-5 years experience supporting Unilink/Interlink

Experience in supporting EDI applicationsdf-tc
