Description
Decision Support Analysts provide data, analysis, and recommendations to support multiple technical operations to assure customer satisfaction. This includes decision support services to measure operations performance, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness. Decision Support Analysts may specialize as either a Tools Analyst or a Tools Engineer. Tools Analysts assist customers to define business solutions and define, design and implement desktop solutions that meet those requirements. Tools Engineers specialize in customer server solution deployments and system integration. Tools Engineers install, configure and implement the customer's operating system configuration.
