Description
Desktop Support Technicians install and support hardware and software for desktop workstations at Acxiom. They provide technical assistance for audio/video equipment used in organizational forums, and develop procedures to assist Associates with technical upgrades.

Skills Required:
Desktop and laptop support, MS OS and Office knowledge, hardware troubleshooting and break/fix experience.

VPN and remote access, network connectivity, software imaging, scripting.

Experience with MAC is a huge plus.
