May perform one or more of the following:
Institute and maintain total quality management environment and industry best practices

Manage staff responsible for measuring, monitoring, and reporting the organization's overall quality and contractual service level requirements

Foster collaborative efforts, analyze, and make recommendations to operational managers for process changes and procedural improvements that would improve compliance and overall effectiveness

Identify trends and develop opportunities where systematic approaches will increase overall quality and decrease cost

Maintain current documentation for all internal work instructions and internal and external procedures

Required Experience:

5 years minimum management experience with 3-5 years experience in auditing or compliance reporting. Strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills and experience with technical writing. ASQ certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent industry certification. Intermediate to significant experience with MS Excel. Prefer college degree with emphasis in statistics, accounting, or math.
