Purpose:
Provide our customers with excellent support for our software engineering tools

Qualifications Required:

A strong candidate must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to demonstrate excellent trouble-shooting skills. Can understand and communicate technical information, analyze and solve complex problems, have strong interpersonal skills.

Needs to have a background in troubleshooting and maintenance of various Windows platforms in a client-server environment. The candidate shall also be proficient and have a strong working knowledge of MS Office 2000 and greater. Should be proficient with Unix (Sun/HPUX) and Linux.

Knowledge Required:

- Windows 2000, XP, 2003
- Solaris 9/10
- Internet skills, utilization of search engines
- Basic Networking troubleshooting skills

Location: This position is based in U.S. corporate HQ, Irvine, CAdf-tc


Experience/Skills
Desired Experience:

- 1-2 years software technical support (telephone or direct customer
interaction).
- Working knowledge of Telelogic=E2=80=99s proprietary Requirement Management
Tool: DOORS
- Working knowledge of Telelogic=E2=80=99s Focal Point product
- Programming/shell scripting experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle.
- Knowledge of Mercury Quality Center
- Knowledge of Citrix
