Hillview Mental Health Center, Inc. is a non-profit community mental health center located in the Northeast San Fernando Valley. Since 1966, we have been helping people regain their health and take control of their lives. Our mission is to empower individuals and families affected by mental illness by assessing their needs and working collaboratively with mental health professionals to plan services that are person-centered, culturally competent and effective in promoting recovery.

The Data Entry Analyst reviews denied/voided and unprocessed claims for reimbursement; analyzes, evaluates and audits the database and financial reports; determines solutions and resolves difficulties.

Ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, auditing and analyzing databases as well as writing reports, correspondence and procedure manuals. High school graduate with excellent analytical and computer (Word, Excel, Access) skills.

Hours are 9a to 5:30p, Monday through Friday. Hillview offers a competitive pay and comprehensive benefit package which includes paid vacation and holidays, paid medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, credit union and pension plan.

Hillview employees must have proof of a valid California Driver's License and insurance prior to start date and annually thereafter. Candidates are required to complete a background check (which may include fingerprinting) and drug screening.
