Position Summary: Client Program is a Food and Beverage cross-divisional global transformation program, leveraging SAP. Release 9 is a large project within the overall Client Program program, delivering the SAP HCM (global HR and US payroll) components to US employees across all divisions while delivering the global template for future HCM implementations. This role will be part of the Client Program HR Data Team focused on providing HR data support to Release 9. HR data support areas include data quality status and metric reporting, risk and issue logging/management in preparation in getting the data ready for business sign-off. HR data analyst provides support to program data leadership, while working closely with other teams; process, technology, other transformation/business support teams. This role will focus on supporting Release 9 process sub-teams and will require interaction with baseline.

Key Responsibilities: The Release 9 HR Data Analyst will be a critical partner to sub-leads within the release and support role to the Client Program HR Data Director. This role will provide analytical HR data support to Release 9. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
Define and provide Code/Decode table values for release to EDM Coordinator
Secure and provide data files for all type 1 (manual) and type 2 (spreadsheet) conversion objects
Ensure coordination of type 3 and 4 conversion objects are delivered to Middleware team
Define, create and maintain Dual Maintenance Process Flows
Assist in the delivery of all Data Governance Deliverables (Meta Data Repository, Global data governance, etc)
Assist in BPP (Business Process Procedure) creation and updates
Assist in the research and resolution of data SIRs
Develop and maintain Data Verification Reporting summaries
Assist in the creation/standardization formatting of Data Verification Turnaround Documents
Assist in BCP (Business Cutover Procedure) creation and updates
Assist training team in creation and development of end user/business training documentation
Create and maintain ST1, 2 3 and UAT Integrated Testing Scenarios/Scripts
Develop and maintain Data Verification Turnaround Document for all conversion objects based on identified requirement for execution during Mock and Final Go-Live
Participate in Data Verification Kick-Off Sessions with Business Partners (verifiers and sponsors)
Analyze and consolidate Data Verification findings, which include the production of metrics as well as the development and maintenance of Data Verification Reporting summaries for leadership.
Investigate and provide commentary to Data Sponsor(s) for Mock and Final Cutover executions
Track status submission/completion of Data Verification activities and Sign Offs via the Data Verification Website.
Assist, with DMO Data Quality Team, in the defining of Data Cleansing rules/requirements by functional object
Monitor and conduct on a weekly basis Data Cleansing progress meetings with process teams and business to ensure progress

- Undergraduate degree required, and/or 10-12 years equivalent data support experience
- Ability and professional maturity to handle confidential data as required
- Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Proven track record to deliver requirements working independently
- Tremendous work ethic and reliable; able to work well independently and virtually
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and facilitative/consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across a variety of functions (IT, process, business, Human Resources and Payroll, data, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced dynamic team environment
- Experience with a large, complex SAP HCM or other HRIS implementation(s) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Client Program methodology, processes and tools a significant plus
- Proficiency in using the Client Program tools such as Caliber, StarTeam, are important to perform reporting, analytic, tool support and compliance responsibilities.
