Assignment Capsule:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Humana's Medicare Risk Adjustment Team!

This Analyst position supports reporting and programs relative to Medicare Risk Adjustment. This support role includes supporting their efforts by:

  • Creating and providing guidance in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Supporting the Medicare Risk Adjustment leadership team by producing ad hoc reports and data support on demand
  • Developing documentation to support and improve data projects
  • Being accountable for aggressive deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Helping to ensure the integrity of Medicare Risk Adjustment data used for reporting
  • Learning from others in the department

Role Essentials:

  • 2-4 years demonstrated experience in data analysis and problem-solving
  • 2-4 years reporting experience (from dealing with large data sets to report production)
  • Proficiency with data analysis using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access)
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment and is also an individual contributor


Role Desirables:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Management, or other technical field
  • Healthcare, managed care experience
  • Experience with data extract tools
  • Experience with SQL and /or VBA programming languages
