Description
This position will require you to be primarily focused on designing and leading the development of the overall data architecture for the Efficient and Assured Supply (EAS) initiatives.

This will include:
Leading the design, build, test and implementation of data management and integration track for EAS; Assisting business (internal and external partners) in requirements gathering by providing input to the requirements collection process, templates and reviewing the requirements; Designing the data architecture; Defining, designing and maintaining end-to-end data flow; Defining and designing logical data models and the physical data models for operational data stores; Maintaining data models and work with the DBAs on implementation; Documenting and maintaining the data dictionary; Estimating data volume and data growth; Defining and designing data retention and purging; Defining data standards, data security and data audit standards - and designing solutions; Documenting Standard Interface Manual; Defining functional design and technical design for data management and integration; Designing centralized exception management system Designing performance model for data creation and data access; Providing assistance in data governance.

Required Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (or equivalent)
-Master's degree desired
-7 years of prior experience in Data Architecture design, build and modelling for a large number of entities and data streams.
-Must also have experience with project management, team management, supply chain management systems, and supply chain collaboration tools.
-Required technical skills include: Data Modeling Tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle Database 10g/11g, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
-Strong skills also needed in the following competencies: Leadership, Multi-tasking, Time Management, Verbal and Written Communications, Team Participation, On/Off Shore Team Interactions.
