Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing the data center assets enterprise wide. Responsibilities include maintaining all environmental controls associated with the data centers’ locations (HVAC, Humidity), network infrastructure and network delivery, fire suppression, physical security, internet access, demarcation, and general facilities management. This position will also be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with co-location facilities where ACS may choose to locate equipment.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate systems maintenance for the following systems: Fire Suppression; HVAC; Physical Security; Logical Security.
- Own and manage vendor relationships associated with co-location facilities where ACS has opted to locate equipment and/or services
- Establish methodology and guidelines for moving equipment and services in and out of the data center facility
- Enforce processes for effecting changes within the data center to include facilities, environment, customer equipment, networking, etc.
- Report to management on metrics associated with capacity, issue remediation, maintenance concerns, trending associated with all factors of success related to delivery of data center services, as well as customer related concerns.
- Development and implementation of services needed
- Manage and administer physical security for all data center properties and assets

Qualifications:
- 2+ years data center facilities management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 10+ years experience in a networked environment
- Experience with Network Security (implementation, administration, methodology)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to work collaboratively
