Are you a team player and willing to perform under high pressure?If yes, then please read further.Position Overview:This position operates complex equipment used in the operation, monitoring, controlling of various computer systems and sees that jobs are processed in an orderly manner. Responsibilities: Operating a central console and all peripheral equipment in processing data in accordance with established procedures Overseeing the operation of auxiliary equipment Following instructions to insure that jobs are processed correctly Maintaining necessary logs Performing minor maintenance on equipment Troubleshooting basic problems relating to system hardware or software Completing forms and logs concerning machine utilization, run production, output distribution Entering tickets in an incident management system Working as a backup to the service deskQualifications: High School Diploma 5+ years of computer operations experience Knowledge of the principles and practices of customer service Knowledge of Microsoft applications This position requires night and weekend work, includes 12 hour shifts.To discuss in detail please call Mike Benson on or e-mail your updated resume, references to (see below) .
