Description
Adecco Technical currently has 3 openings (3 Month Contract) for Data Center Specialists/Technicians. This is a highly secure and Mission Critical 24x7 environment that provides excellent exposure/experience for qualified candidates. Detailed Description: The position(s) is primarily server hardware installation (Racking, power cabling and network cabling including copper and fiber - 90%), with some server hardware configuration (adding memory, CPUs, power supplies, etc to WINTEL and UNIX boxes pre-install 5%), and asset management documentation (5%) and we have 25+ projects that are pending. There is no software or operating system work at all, and these resources will not be supporting the equipment once it is installed. Candidates will be expected to adhere to a set of standards for racking and cabling this equipment, be extremely detail oriented, reliable and CAREFUL!! There will also be documentation of the work required for asset management purposes. EXPERIENCE IN DATA CENTER ENVIRONMENT IS REQUIRED For consideration of these outstanding opportunities, resumes must indicate specific experience in Data Center/Operations Center.
