One of the leading telecom companies in the Cambridge, MA area has an immediate need for a full time Data Center Technician.

The candidate will serve primarily as a Data Center Technician but will also be expected to provide Tier1/Tier2 system administration support with Windows and Unix servers. He/she will provide trouble-shooting support and service restoration on outage events and faults as well as connect/configure/use local console access. The candidate will conducts daily walk-through of buildings and create status reports, as needed.

Required:

. Unix System Platforms
. Data Center Infrastructure
. Excellent verbal/written communication
. Customer Interface
. HP/Dell/Sun Server Hardware Platforms
