Job Responsibilities
Monitor customer assets for status using various asset management platforms
Analyze data and report on compliance related to asset management, patch distribution, antivirus administration software license management and data restoration
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues regarding software distributions
Provide root cause analysis and take corrective actions
Produce reports to support billing process
Maintain asset data accuracy
Perform periodic internal audits of asset data and processes
Identify and document Asset Management best case practices

Requirements
2-3 years of Level 2 technical job experience in call centers, help desks or related technical fields
Bachelors Degree in a technical field
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Windows 98 through Windows XP
Proficient in MS Access and Excel
Active communicator
Detail oriented
Documentation skills
