Description
Team Technology is assisting our client in recruiting a Data Services Specialist.

Responsible for:

Develop key operational reports as defined by our customers
Application support.
Creation and maintenance of databases utilized.
Support of data mining and reporting tools as requested by internal and external customers.
Work with business owners and customers to extract development requirements.
Develop project plans and execute same under direction of management.
Document developed applications prior to implementation for use by support staff.
Assist with developing data architectures associated with new operating technologies.


Minimize the operating cost by eliminating redundancies, refinement of processes, utilization of resources, controlling and improving the quality of the department.

Highly Motivated

Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings as required.

Attend regularly scheduled conference calls.

Will take call during off-hours and weekends.

Travel when required.

Effectively communicate and coordinate with other business units.

Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Must live within commuting distance of SouthPark

Experience/Skills
  • Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support application systems.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining high quality reports to support our terminal operation and customer requirements.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Crystal Reports, Business Objects, SQL, and Unix.
  • Bachelor Science degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university.
  • Two to four years hands on experience in information technology, specifically in computer programming.
