Systems Integration & Development, an IT solutions provider located in Rockville, Maryland is currently seeking a Data Specialist to support a database migration as part of a software development team. The successful candidate will have computer experience and be very detail-oriented. This is a full time, short term (40 hrs/wk for 6 weeks) position located in Washington, D.C. Roles and responsibilities include: ? Analyze data being migrated between two databases. ? Compare data to ensure accuracy. ? Identify areas of concern or incorrect data and document those deficiencies. ? Work with migration team to complete project on schedule. Experience: ? This is an entry level position with minimal experience requirements. ? Associates?/Bachelor?s degree in a related field is strongly preferred in place of experience. Skills: ? Must be very detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse environment. ? Solid knowledge of computers.
